21,000 sq ft Medical build to suit

South Real Estate Group developed a two-story, 21,000 sf multi-discipline medical care center for Lee Health at our University Highlands property. South worked hand in hand with Lee Health’s design team and their architects during the design phase and provided a turn key, build to suit product for the tenant. This project marked our first medical office development and expands our abilities across retail, industrial and medical developments.

Construction on the project completed in March 2023 and Lee Health opened it’s doors in May of 2023.
