Value-add rezone

The Greenway project was a value-add rezone from agricultural zoning. We worked with a multi-family group behind to secure a 24 acre, joint multi-family/commercial PUD that consisted of 18 acres for Multi-Family and 6 acres of Commercial. This rezone included obtaining permits for the infrastructure work. While the initial plan was to self-develop, we have sold 4 acres to a medical user and intend to sell the remianing 2 acres to a retail user.
